What the form collects
The estate enquiry asks for your name, contact details, the property town and ZIP, a description of the contents and any photographs you choose to send. You can also provide a deadline, access details, your relationship to the owner and optional asking expectations.
Please do not upload identity documents, financial records or photographs containing private paperwork. A full street address is not required for the initial form.
What the information is used for
The information is used to review the contents enquiry, contact you about it and arrange any agreed next steps. The originating website page is recorded separately from the property location so the business can understand which guidance led to an enquiry.
The form is not a newsletter signup. Contact information and estate photographs are not published as website content or used as testimonials by submitting an enquiry.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private database, with photographs outside the public website files. Access to the review interface requires authentication. Images are processed for review and their embedded camera metadata is removed; we cannot remove private information visible within a photograph itself.
A short enquiry alert is copied to the business’s MXIO mailbox and its private Telegram notification group through Sorte. The alert includes the town, ZIP, enquiry type, photo count, reference and a link to authenticated review. The form’s contact details, written description and photographs are not copied into those alerts. Alert copies follow the separate retention settings of the mailbox and Telegram group.
The site uses a short-lived form token and rate limiting to reduce automated submissions. An IP-derived identifier may be retained temporarily for that purpose. Server security logs may also contain technical request information.
The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the site. Hosting logs and performance measurements may record request and device information. Estate photographs remain in the private enquiry service.
Cloudflare also provides a performance beacon on public pages to measure page loading and browser performance. The enquiry form does not send your form entries or photographs as analytics events. Read Cloudflare’s performance-data explanation for its collection details.
Ahrefs Web Analytics also measures visits to our public pages. The enquiry form does not send your form entries or photographs as analytics events.
The business can review private summary counts of received enquiries and opportunities it considers suitable, grouped by recognised property town, region and originating website page. These summaries exclude contact details, written descriptions and photographs.
Retention and requests
Website enquiries and their photographs are removed from the active inbox after 180 days by the site’s retention task. Private recovery backups are kept for up to seven further days. Information associated with an agreed transaction may need a different retention period and is handled separately from the initial website enquiry.
To ask about access, a correction or deletion, call 309-306-9252 and provide the enquiry reference if available. A request may require verification that you are the person concerned.
Other websites
Etsy, Airbnb and social links take you to services with their own privacy and transaction terms. The website does not process Etsy payments or Airbnb bookings.
