1. Tell us what and where
Choose the situation closest to yours: estate contents, inherited contents, downsizing, a collection or shop stock. Enter the property’s town and ZIP, a short description and any deadline.
Start with wide room or group photographs, then a few closer views. Explain what is being kept, what is missing and what cannot yet be photographed. You can also say that you need help sending pictures.
2. We review the enquiry
We consider the contents, condition, location and practical scope. Sometimes the next step is another photograph or a measurement. Sometimes the items will not be a suitable purchase. We will contact you about the review; there is no automatic price or guaranteed response deadline.
Your asking expectations are optional. We do not need you to know every item’s value before contacting us.
3. Discuss a visit if it makes sense
An inspection is arranged separately when the contents appear suitable. Higher-value pieces can require a closer examination or specialist input. Tell us about stairs, restricted access, parking and who will be present or able to provide access.
Please do not travel to the business or move the contents based only on submitting the form. Visits and drop-offs require an arrangement.
4. Agree the purchase and removal scope
Any offer should identify the included goods and the agreed amount. Confirm what is excluded, what happens to unsaleable leftovers, who handles removal and when the work will take place. A purchase of selected contents does not automatically include a complete house clearance.
Confirm the payment method and timing as part of your agreement. The website does not take payments or collect identity-document photographs.
You are free to decline an offer. Your belongings stay yours until the purchase terms are agreed.
If you cannot use the upload form
Call 309-306-9252 and explain what you have. We can discuss the information needed for a review. A family member can help with photographs, but the person entitled to sell must still be involved before any agreement.
